Up to $10,000 About the Role Total Aviation Staffing is seeking a committed and skilled Flight Paramedic to join our client, a leader in critical care and emergency medical transport services. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to provide life-saving care and make a meaningful impact in high-stakes situations. Key Responsibilities As a Flight Paramedic, you will: Deliver advanced critical care, emergency treatment, and life support during air and ground medical transports. Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and interventions under dynamic and challenging conditions. Accurately document patient care details, transport information, and billing records. Maintain effective communication with internal teams, medical personnel, and external stakeholders. Engage in regular training, education, and skill development to uphold clinical excellence. Adhere to all protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Support public relations and community outreach as needed. Qualifications
Certification:
Active paramedic certification in Indiana (required).
Experience:
Minimum of three years in a high-volume 911/pre-hospital setting (five years preferred).
Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and
PHTLS/ITLS
(NRP preferred; instructor certifications are a plus).
Specialized Training:
FP-C certification (required within 24 months of hire).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (preferred).
Skills:
Exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, maintain weight below 235 lbs, and pass pre-placement physical exams. Compensation & Benefits
Earnings:
Competitive pay with potential annual earnings up to $81,170 , including bonuses.
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates.
