Job Responsibilities:
Working all leads for repair work through the shop. Greeting customers, Phone calls to and from customers and follow ups with the customers. Monitoring the progress of guest vehicles in the shop and update the guest throughout the repair via email, text or phone. Obtaining Customer signature for initial approvals and permissions Computer entry of repair orders and invoices. File maintenance on all customer files. Processing payments from customers and insurance companies. Inventory maintenance.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Maintain a clean driving record & valid driver's license Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail Ability to multitask Ability to work as a team Basic computer skills Ability to work in a fast paced atmosphere Passion for sales and customer satisfaction Ability to generate and/or build a loyal client base Reports to: Fiixed Manager
