As a Flight Paramedic, you'll be on the front lines of critical care, delivering rapid response and advanced medical support to those in urgent need. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring swift and effective medical transport during life's most critical moments.

Details:
Provide critical pre-hospital and in-flight medical care in accordance with established protocols. Collaborate effectively with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers. Operate and maintain medical equipment and supplies to ensure readiness for emergencies. Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and elevate care standards. Rotational schedule based on operational needs.
Requirements:
Active Paramedic Certification in the state of employment. Minimum of 3 years of paramedic field experience in a busy 911/pre-hospital service (5 years preferred).
Current certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and
PHTLS/ITLS
(NRP and instructor certifications preferred). FP-C certification within 24 months of hire. Flight or transport experience preferred. Successful completion of the Medical Group education/orientation program. Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal clarity in person and over the phone. Basic computer skills for electronic charting, email, and reporting. Ability to pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength and flexibility assessment, including lifting up to 100 pounds), drug screening, and background check.
