• Days, evenings, and overnights, seven days a week Nexus Recovery is a substance use disorder treatment program in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, licensed by the Massachusetts Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS). We provide Acute Treatment Services (ATS/detox) and Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS), 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Most of the people who come through our doors are covered by MassHealth, and too often that has meant being told there is no bed, no time, or no one available. We are building a top-tier clinical program for exactly those people — the kind of care you would want for your own family, offered to the people who usually get the least of it. If that is the work you want to be doing, we would like to meet you. What you will do Be present with patients on the floor for your whole shift. Run and document safety checks. Support patients through admission, orientation, groups, meals, meetings, and hard moments. Model recovery, de-escalate conflict, and call for clinical help when it is needed. Keep the milieu safe, clean, and calm. Get patients where they need to be, on time. What you need High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work rotating shifts including overnights, weekends, and holidays. Lived experience of recovery is welcomed; if applicable, six months of sustained recovery. Current BLS/CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and a safe driving record. A non-judgmental approach to every patient, including those on medication for addiction treatment.
