Job Description
Paramedic, Access Center Regions Hospital Aug 19, 2026 Regions is seeking an experienced Paramedic to join our MRCC (Medical Resource Control Center) in a part time (.7 Evenings), benefit eligible position. The Paramedic will be the initial contact for all Medical Resource Control Center (MRCC) calls from ambulance services within the metro area, greater Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. The paramedic will use multiple communication tools to communicate with different medical agencies and will provide quality assurance for the Regions Hospital EMS program, identifying areas for quality improvement. As a paramedic for MRCC, you will be the initial point of contact for critical admissions such as Cath Lab activations, Trauma Team Activations and Acute Stroke admissions. MRCC staff will have a vital role in the management of a Multiple Casualty Incidents and gathering information needing to be passed on to participating agencies.
