THERE ARE MULTIPLE FULL-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE.
- GENERAL
DESCRIPTION
Performs responsible work in rendering emergency and non-emergency medical care and life-saving measures to critically ill or injured persons of all ages on basic and advanced life support levels. Requires successful completion of the North Carolina State Emergency Medical Services training program or an equivalent training program. Employment is contingent on passing an assessment center, physical agility test, pre-employment drug screen, skills validation program, clinical and operational clearance during the year-long probationary period.MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Requires successful completion of the North Carolina State Emergency Medical Services Paramedic certification program or equivalent training program.SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
Must have a valid NC driver's license with a three year acceptable driving record.- You must meet the minimum requirements for the position in order for your application to be forwarded to EMS by Human Resources.

- We are pleased to announce Assessment 44 is open to accepting applications with hire date of February 1, 2027. Two Assessment Centers are available. The first Assesment Center is October 15th and 16th. The second Assessment Center is October 22nd and 23rd.
