We are expanding rapidly and seeking compassionate, skilled Paramedics who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities:
Provide basic and advanced life support (BLS/ALS) within the Paramedic scope of practice Safely operate and maintain emergency vehicles in compliance with state and local regulations Deliver competent, compassionate patient care in a variety of clinical and transport settings Effectively apply EMS protocols and procedures in various situations Communicate professionally with patients, families, healthcare personnel, and team members Document patient care accurately using our electronic charting system Assist fellow EMS providers and provide thorough handoff reports Ensure vehicle cleanliness and restock supplies as needed Demonstrate ethical conduct and a commitment to patient care and safety Required qualifications: Current Paramedic certification/license (state-specific requirements apply) High school diploma or GED equivalent required Valid driver's license with a good driving record Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Physical demands: Ability to safely operate EMS vehicles and essential equipment Ability to bend, sit, kneel, and lift up to 125 lbs; push/pull over 50 lbs Maintain physical agility for safe patient handling in demanding environments Tolerate extended periods of driving or riding in an ambulance Perform effectively in physically strenuous and emotionally challenging situation Who We Are For over 35 years, MMT has been at the forefront of innovation, continuously expanding to support our team members and provide efficient, reliable interfacility ambulance patient transportation for our healthcare partners.
