Community Paramedic - Hospital at Home (Days) FT 7a-7p Cone Health - 3.6 Greensboro, NC Job Details Full-time 14 hours ago Qualifications Vascular access BLS Certification ACLS Certification Monitoring and managing IVs High school diploma or GED Acute care facility experience Driver's License Paramedic License Full Job Description The Mobile Integrated Health Community Paramedic (MIH/CP) is an integral partner in delivering the future of healthcare by providing the right care, at the right time, in the right place. The MIH/CP is a skilled clinician that can perform medical evaluation, treatment, and stabilization under close medical direction. The MIH/CP conducts both planned and on-demand urgent visits as requested by the Hospital at Home team, with medical oversight and direction provided by the Hospital at Home provider. As such, the role requires the ability to perform procedures independently, such as initiating intravenous access, phlebotomy, and administering medications with oversight. The MIH/CP facilitates continuity of care by interacting with patients' providers and other members of the health care team.
