Job Description

Position Summary The Paramedic functions as a member of the care team and participates in the care of ill and injured patients. Responsibilities include patient care, incorporating stabilization, and intervention techniques consistent with standards and protocols approved by the Medical Director. The Paramedic functions as part of a team and shares responsibility for the team's conduct. The Paramedic fulfills education skill requirements as established by the Medical Director, and performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma, equivalent, or higher is required.

Graduate from an approved Paramedic program is required.

American Heart Association Basic Life Support, Current certification by the State of North Carolina as a Paramedic is required (NC EMT-P Certification)
Pay Range Pay Range:
$21.53 - $31.38 Final Compensation will be based on experience Other Information $30,000
