Job Description

Established multi county law firm seeks a newly licensed North Carolina attorney in good standing to join our team! Areas of law include but not limited to: Family Law, Traffic, Criminal, Real Estate, Estates. Our current position would be primarily focused on residential Real Estate transactions. This is an in person job and is located in our Greenville, NC office. Responsibilities Proficient client caseload management; well organized Ability to guide and conclude cases independently, in a reasonable, timely manner Drafting of pleadings, interrogations, discovery, and relatable documents Effective written and verbal communication skills Works well with others, but also self-sufficient Develop working relationship with court personnel, clients and referral partners Representation of clients in depositions, mediations, and court hearings Manage and multitask various case loads Qualifications J.D. from accredited law school Member of NC Bar and licensed to practice law in NC(pending results) Willing to work hard
