• Provide safe transportation for behavioral health patients.
• Monitor and assess patients throughout transport.
• Use crisis intervention and verbal de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with hospitals, treatment facilities, and first responders.
• Deliver compassionate care while preserving patient dignity. Qualifications
• Current Paramedic license/certification, REQUIRED.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, REQUIRED.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
