Job Description:
Shifts available: 7:00pm
  • 7:00am 1:00pm
  • 1:00am 11:00am
  • 11:00pm 7:00am
  • 7:00pm 3:00pm
  • 11:00pm Assists higher-trained personnel in providing effective care.
Delivers exceptional customer service to patients, families, bystanders, and other response agency personnel. Supports community service and relationship functions as requested by leadership. Maintains a safe and effective work environment by adhering to infection control standards. Communicates effectively with healthcare team members and other emergency responders. Ensures the ambulance is clean, stocked, and ready for use at all times. Follows established policies, procedures, guidelines, medical protocols, and safety standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to assess, treat, and care for patients to the level of certification Ability to maintain a professional and calm presence under the most critical situations Ability to operate a motor vehicle in a safe and professional manner Ability to determine the nature of patient conditions and assess whether patients have pre-existing medical conditions Ability to identify and treat life-threatening conditions within the paramedic's field of practice
Education:
High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Work Experience:
1+ related work experience [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
Licensed Paramedic (PARA) [Required] Basic Life Support
  • CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required] Driver's License (DL) [Required]
