Description EMT Paramedic
  • Medical Transport The paramedic is responsible for the delivery of quality care for ill or injured patients under varied conditions in collaboration with department specific personnel.
The paramedic must be highly motivated and able to function using assessment skills and written standards as defined by departmental policy. Must also be able to participate in Departmental committees, public relations, and outreach education. Providence caregivers are not simply valued

This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:
Texas:
Levelland Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements. Flexible and available to work on a variable shift which may include days, evenings, or nights shifts.
Work Status Available:
Per Diem / On Call Positions specified as "on call/per diem" refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an "as needed basis" to fill in for staff vacancies.

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
Upon hire:
Texas Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic License
  • Texas Office of EMS-Trauma Systems, or Upon hire: Texas Paramedic License
  • Texas Office of EMS-Trauma Systems Upon hire: National Provider BLS
  • American Heart Association Upon hire: National Provider ACLS
  • American Heart Association Upon hire: National Provider PALS
  • American Heart Association 1 year experience in a healthcare setting.
