ABOUT FIRST RESCUE
First Rescue was founded by two working paramedics who believed private EMS could be done better. Like many of you, we were dissatisfied with how many EMS companies do business. We know how it feels to work long, hard hours in cruddy stations using outdated, barely functioning equipment and trucks. Our ideas for change are relatively simple: the pay should be great, the standards high, and the job should be enjoyable. We're hiring experienced paramedics to join our Rockwall-based operation. We are looking for clinically strong, highly professional medics who take pride in their work and want to build long-term tenure with a growing organization. Our expectations for patient care, documentation, equipment readiness, customer service, and professional conduct are exceptionally high.
