Our clinical staff work directly with patients and providers to provide the best experience during a patient's care in office. In this position, there is room for growth and development of skills to expand knowledge and move up through the clinical positions. Programs for certifications within the field are available and highly encouraged . No experience necessary. Structured training program provided. Some of the many tasks performed by our clinical staff in a day include triaging patient calls to determine urgency and need, performing diagnostic testing on patients to aid providers in developing appropriate treatment plans, inputting critical information into a patient's medical record to provide team with important information regarding patient care, assisting patients in contact lens insertion and removal, inputting findings as dictated by providers into patient's exam record, and much more.
