The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the best care possible by coordinating treatment plans, managing patient communications, and facilitating a smooth journey from the initial consultation to the completion of orthodontic treatment. Schedule This is a full-time position Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Opportunity to earn bonuses based on individual and practice performance Opportunities for professional development and growth within the practice Health benefits package Paid time off and holiday pay Positive and supportive work environment Responsibilities Guide patients through their dental/orthodontic journey by clearly presenting treatment options, benefits, and value in a confident, consultative manner Drive case acceptance by effectively communicating treatment importance and helping patients feel comfortable moving forward Lead financial conversations, present payment options, and help patients select plans that fit their needs Build strong relationships with patients from the first interaction, creating a welcoming and trust-based experience Manage patient scheduling to maximize productivity and support practice growth Respond to calls, texts, and emails with a focus on converting inquiries into scheduled appointments Verify insurance and simplify coverage details for patients, helping remove barriers to starting treatment Maintain accurate patient records and track case progress from consultation to start Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth and consistent patient experience Support internal and external marketing efforts, including follow-ups, referrals, and patient engagement initiatives Qualifications Sales, customer service or consultative experience required (healthcare or dental is a plus, but not necessary) Confident communicator with strong persuasion, relationship-building, and closing skills Comfortable discussing finances and guiding customers through purchasing decisions Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems (dental software experience is a bonus, not required) Positive, energetic team player who thrives in a goal-driven environment Highly coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management skills Passion for helping people and delivering an outstanding customer experience Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
