Description Provide administrative and patient care support to assigned clinic in the Department of Medicine/Division of Dermatology. Assist in coordinating patient flow throughout the clinic, from registration to discharge. Ensure patients are scheduled via the incoming referrals work queue within established scheduling guidelines. Able to collect copays, deductibles, or fee for services accurately, and follow cash handling guidelines for the closing and deposit of cash drawers. Work as a member of the Ambulatory Care clinic team to provide smooth outpatient flow resulting in optimum patient satisfaction and clinic operation Travel between our local Dermatology clinic location as needed
