Job Description

Sleep & Wellness Liaison Can't Sleep Center | Orange County, CA | Full-Time The Opportunity Can't Sleep Center is a physician-collaborative specialty practice treating obstructive sleep apnea, CPAP intolerance, TMJ disorders, and chronic orofacial pain. Led by Dr. Kareem Abraham, USC-trained in orofacial pain and an ABDSM Diplomate, we are building a regional center of excellence in sleep medicine, not another dental office with a side referral list. We are hiring a Sleep & Wellness Liaison to be the face of that mission in physician offices across Orange County. This is not a flyer-drop role. This is not an order-taking role. This is a role for someone who can walk into a cardiologist's office, a concierge practice, or the Long Beach VA, and leave having built something real, not a transaction, a relationship the office actually wants to keep. What Success Looks Like You are not selling a device. You are positioning Can't Sleep Center as the clinical authority physicians trust when a patient needs an alternative to CPAP, or presents with jaw pain no one else has been able to explain. Every visit either builds that reputation or it doesn't. We are looking for someone who knows the difference. What You Will Do Build and sustain physician relationships across primary care, cardiology, ENT, neurology, pulmonology, and VA-affiliated offices Educate providers on oral appliance therapy, TMJ, and our interdisciplinary approach to sleep care, grounded in real clinical credibility, not a sales pitch Reactivate dormant referral sources and identify new ones, using your own judgment on approach and strategy Coordinate and lead educational lunch-and-learns Track outreach and referral outcomes, and report on what is actually working Represent Can't Sleep Center with the polish and follow-through of someone who understands they are the first impression of a specialty practice Who We Are Looking For Experience in medical sales, DME, pharma, provider relations, or physician liaison work A track record of getting past the gatekeeper and building trust with the person who actually controls the referral Comfortable operating with autonomy, this is not a micromanaged role, but it is not an unaccountable one either Organized enough to track your own pipeline and report on it without being chased for it Sleep medicine experience is a plus. Confidence, consistency, and follow-through are not optional Compensation and Growth Base salary up to $80,000, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus tied directly to referral growth and treatment starts, not vanity metrics like office visits or handshakes. Benefits include PTO, sick leave, and 401k eligibility. This is a full-time role. For a candidate who arrives with an established referral network and can demonstrate impact quickly, a part-time structure may be considered, with compensation and schedule adjusted accordingly. Can't Sleep Center Tustin/Santa Ana | Newport Beach | Orange County If you know how to earn a physician's trust and turn it into a referral pipeline, we want to talk to you. This version leads with mission and standard instead of logistics, puts the FT/PT flexibility near the bottom as an earned exception rather than a headline uncertainty, and reads more like a practice that knows exactly who it wants, which should filter out anyone looking for an easy or ambiguous arrangement from the start.
