Position Overview As a Wellness Coordinator, you'll create both the first and lasting impression of our clinic. This role blends patient care, front-desk operations, relationship building, and clinic growth. Each day, you will: Welcome every patient with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine interest Build trusting relationships with people from a variety of backgrounds and personalities Listen carefully and remember the details that help patients feel known and valued Clearly explain care plans, membership options, and available payment choices Help patients select options that support their health and financial needs Guide walk-in patients and prospective patients with empathy—not pressure Support the chiropractor in creating a smooth, high-trust patient experience Follow up with prospective and current patients through caring, purposeful conversations Manage phones, scheduling, payments, and other front-desk responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment Work with the doctor and clinic team to strengthen patient retention and grow clinic revenue Review performance reports and help turn opportunities into action You'll Be a Great Fit If You Genuinely enjoy meeting, helping, and connecting with people Bring positive energy and professionalism to every interaction Communicate clearly, warmly, and confidently Are comfortable discussing care options and asking patients to make decisions Enjoy multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment Are motivated by goals and enjoy celebrating team wins Balance compassion and exceptional service with accountability and results Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Two or more years of work experience preferred Experience in office management, sales, customer service, healthcare, or wellness is a plus Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Pay and Schedule Pay:

$19.29 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses

Monday-Friday:

9:45 a.m.-7:25 p.m.

Saturday-Sunday:

9:45 a.m.-5:25 p.m. Paid break

Monday-Friday:

2:00-2:45 p.m. Additional fill-in shifts may be available throughout the week.
