Referral Coordinator Lakewood, CO (On-Site) Contract-to-Hire Opportunity Start Your Career in Healthcare Administration Are you looking to break into the healthcare field or grow your administrative career? We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Referral Coordinator to join a fast-paced specialty healthcare team in Lakewood, Colorado. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in customer service, retail, reception, or administrative support who are interested in building a long-term career in healthcare. You'll receive hands-on training, work alongside experienced professionals, and gain valuable knowledge of medical referrals, insurance verification, and patient coordination. What You'll Do As a Referral Coordinator, you'll play an important role in helping patients access the care they need by ensuring referrals and insurance requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
