Part-Time Patient Liaison - Experienced MA or LPN Root Causes Holistic Health & Medicine is seeking an experienced, professional Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a part-time, flexible Patient Liaison position. This individual will work closely with the physician, clinical staff, and patients to help ensure that each patient understands and is able to move forward with the individualized plan established by the doctor. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-consult liaison between the physician, clinical team, and patient.
• Review physician-directed supplement recommendations with patients and provide clear instructions.
• Help guide patients through the plan established by the physician, including next steps, testing, supplements, and clinical services.
• Contact new patients prior to their appointments to ensure all required records, forms, labs, and other documents have been received.
• Provide patients with appropriate educational materials and handouts.
• Coordinate with nursing staff for patient education, laboratory draws, IV services, and other clinical needs.
• Communicate patient questions or concerns to the appropriate clinical team member.
• Maintain organized and accurate follow-up of patient needs and outstanding items.
• Remain proactive during physician absences or slower clinical periods by assisting with other assigned clinical and administrative responsibilities. Qualifications
• Experienced Medical Assistant (MA) or LPN required.
• Previous back-office/clinical experience strongly preferred.
• Must have an interest in Holistic integrative medicine.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, polished, and well-groomed appearance.
• Compassionate and comfortable working with patients facing cancer, chronic illness, and other complex diagnoses.
• Positive, calm, and supportive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work independently without requiring constant direction.
• Must be flexible and willing to assist wherever needed as part of a collaborative medical practice.

Schedule Part-time / Flexible Our office operates Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Hours may vary based on patient volume and the physician's schedule. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with patients, is highly organized, takes initiative, and understands the importance of providing a professional and supportive experience throughout a patient's care.
