Customer service experience is required, and we're looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with electronic health records is a plus but not required. Ideal candidate should have basic office skills, like answering phones, sending emails, and supporting staff with administrative tasks. This role is a support position at Henderson Behavioral Health that focuses on non-clinical tasks. The Scheduling and Care Navigator's main responsibility is to speak with potential and current clients, families, hospitals, and outside organizations to help with scheduling and maintaining client appointments. Ideal candidate must work well with both internal teams and external partners, multitask effectively, manage completing priorities, and demonstrate empathy while maintaining professionalism.
