Responsibilities:
As a Client Care Liaison, you will: Manage relationships with insurance payers and MLTC (Managed Long-Term Care plans. Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage. Secure and track service authorizations for home care services. Resolve billing, claims, and reimbursement issues. Stay informed of payer policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted patient care. Monitor authorization and reimbursement activity for process improvements.
