RN Clinical Liaison - Home Infusion Bangor, Maine $100,000 - $120,000 per year Full-Time •Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license• An established and growing home infusion provider is seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join its team as a Clinical Liaison . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building professional relationships, supporting patient care transitions, and helping coordinate healthcare services within the community. About the Role The Clinical Liaison will work closely with physicians, hospital discharge teams, case managers, and insurance providers to identify patient needs and coordinate a smooth transition from hospital care to home-based infusion services. This position combines clinical knowledge with relationship-building and business development responsibilities. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, and a proactive approach to generating referrals and supporting patient care plans.
