H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Patient Advisor to join our upscale plastic surgery center! We offer competitive pay, bonus, health benefits, paid time off, and other wonderful benefits. This position will primarily sit in our Huntersville office. Shifts can very between 7a-3p, 8a-4p, 8:30a-4:30p, and 9a-5p. A little bit about the position: The Patient Advisor will play a key role in the Administrative functioning of the business. What you can expect in the role: Answer and respond to a high volume of patient calls Provide excellent customer service etiquette Schedule appointments and follow up visits for new and existing patients Utilize electronic records system to create and update patient information Collect basic patient information Monitor where and when physicians are scheduled and what procedures they perform Assist patients with relevant office location directions as needed Call patients and assist with rescheduling needs as they arise Take messages for office locations as needed and relay them to the appropriate location or physician What we are looking for in a candidate: Plastic Surgery or Dermatology experience is a plus. Nextech (EMR) experience preferred. 2 years working in a medical office environment. High School diploma or equivalent education. Equivalent combination of education and experience.
