Schedule:
6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | 2-2-3
Rotation Schedule Salary:
$60,000 - $65,000 annually

Full-Time, Exempt Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations on our night shift team. This role is responsible for overseeing production employees, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, driving operational efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support production employees during assigned shifts. Ensure production schedules are executed efficiently and accurately. Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment as needed. Maintain accurate inventory transactions and production reporting. Track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead employee coaching, training, development, and performance management. Promote a culture of safety, food safety, quality, and compliance. Enforce company policies, GMPs, PPE requirements, and sanitation standards. Maintain audit-ready conditions throughout the facility. Monitor attendance and address performance concerns appropriately. Partner with maintenance during changeovers and equipment projects. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.
