Job Description

Women's Care Center is seeking a compassionate, relationship-centered individual to join our team as a part-time Pregnancy Support/Client Care Advocate. In this role, you will walk alongside women facing pregnancy-related decisions by providing support, education, encouragement, and practical resources in a welcoming and judgment-free environment. Every day offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a woman and her family. What You'll Do Welcome and support women during pregnancy testing and ultrasound appointments Build trusting relationships through compassionate listening and genuine care Provide education about pregnancy, fetal development, parenting, adoption, community resources, and available support services Help clients explore their circumstances, strengths, values, and goals Offer encouragement and practical support during difficult situations Conduct follow-up calls, texts, and appointments to provide ongoing care Connect clients with community resources and support programs Maintain accurate documentation and client records Contribute to a warm, organized, and welcoming center environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Compassionate, empathetic, and emotionally mature An excellent listener who enjoys building relationships Comfortable discussing sensitive and personal topics Positive, encouraging, and non-judgmental Organized and attentive to detail Able to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries Committed to treating every client with dignity and respect Comfortable working in a faith-based, life-affirming ministry environment Qualifications Experience in customer service, healthcare, social services, education, ministry, human services, advocacy, or a related field preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds Proficiency with computers and basic office software Willingness to complete specialized training provided by Women's Care Center - two full weeks of travel outside of MN/ND Why This Role Matters Many women come to Women's Care Center feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or alone. Our mission is to help women facing unplanned pregnancies choose life for their babies, have healthier pregnancies, become stronger parents, and take first steps toward self-sufficiency.
