Description Position Summary The Patient Resource Specialist is responsible for improving patient access to behavioral health and substance use treatment by assisting prospective and current patients with insurance enrollment, government assistance programs, community resource coordination, and patient support services. This position serves as a liaison between patients, families, referral partners, admissions, patient navigators, and clinical teams to remove barriers that may delay admission, interrupt treatment, or impact successful discharge.
