Job Details Physician Office | Miamisburg | Full-Time | First Shift Responsibilities & Requirements The CMA Care Navigator supports patients by coordinating care, facilitating communication among care teams, and addressing barriers to healthcare access. This role ensures accurate documentation, patient education, and timely scheduling to enhance patient outcomes and operational reliability. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is typically required.
One to two years of experience in a patient-facing clinical or medical office setting.
Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential from an accredited certifying body; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in a health-related field or additional coursework in care coordination or community health. Experience in care navigation, case management, or working with geriatric or high-risk patient populations.
