The Diabetes Virtual Patient Navigator will provide comprehensive educational support to identified patients, caregivers, Healthcare Professionals and their staff within Endocrinology and Diabetes Specialty Clinics to meet all relevant standards as set by Inizio & Modular Medical. Coordinate with patients, healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and other stakeholders to ensure pre-and-post-training inquiries are addressed Provide multi-channel inbound and outbound, non-promotional, educational disease state and diabetes device support to patients, caregivers and their healthcare professionals while adhering to program talking points and resources Provide training support for diabetes medical device such as expectations for device set up, operation, troubleshooting, proper use techniques Present educational content in accordance with client-specific procedures, standards and compliance requirements Utilize approved scripts, educational materials and client approved program resources to ensure accurate and consistent messaging Maintain high-quality customer interactions and superior service standards during all engagements Attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio Engage requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers Facilitate the development and provision of services across multiple healthcare sectors, as determined by the Modular Medical or Inizio Engage Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited to; daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails and time reporting Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans, activities and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the Patient Solutions team Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions Comply with all Inizio Engage Policies and Procedures, along with all Modular Medical Policies and Procedures as required. Perform other duties as requested. What do you need for this position? Current US healthcare professional license Bachelor's/BSN or equivalent work-related experience Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) Preferred Preferred minimum of 3 years' experience working in the Diabetes disease state or related field Demonstrate effective and professional communication Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant telephone manners and articulate phone voice Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology Demonstrable organizational skills A self-starter with high personal motivation Ability to manage multiple tasks Evidence of continual professional development and a desire to update professional knowledge base regularly The base pay range for this position is $61K - $112K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
