Job Description
As an AmeriCorps Community Resource Navigator, you will serve as a trusted link between community members and critical services - housing stability, food access, healthcare, transportation, and more. &You will service hands on with individuals and community partners to reduce barriers and help families more toward long term stability. Event planning. Front desk support. Recruitment of senior companions. Assisting with programming. Each CRN will develop a hub specific project to benefit the location.
