Job Description
Job Summary Assist uninsured and underinsured patients apply for medical assistance benefits. Duties Interview patients to collect information to complete their application for benefits. After submitting application collect supporting documents to support the application. Manage/monitor a caseload throughout the application process. Enter accurate notes in hospital system of case progress and update company data base as well. Place calls to the county, employers, banks and patients throughout the day. Maintain HIPAA confidentiality
