Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth within the healthcare sector. Negotiate service agreements with providers to enhance collaboration. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external partners. Lead initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of our services among healthcare professionals. Collaborate with office staff to streamline processes and improve patient care delivery. Qualifications Effective leadership & supervisory skills in a long-term care setting Ability to travel the Harrisburg Market Proven experience in sales Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse audiences. Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships.
