- High School diploma or equivalent Work Experience Required
- 2 years experience as a Pharmacy Technician Certifications Required
- Current Pharmacy Technician Certificate in the State of Practice Medication Therapy Management Certification (MTM) from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) must be obtained within 6 months of hire Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information.
- Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
