We are seeking a dedicated family medicine MD/DO to serve as the primary clinician in a well-established practice in Jasper, TX. The role involves providing in-person and telehealth care to a diverse patient population, with responsibilities including clinical assessments, shared decision-making, and activating patient-centered treatment plans with a supportive care team. You will lead onsite with a team of 2 MDs and 5+ FNPs. Utilize decision-making software and telemedicine platforms for patient care. Build strong patient and staff relationships through effective communication. Work in a flexible, hybrid environment with technology integration. Ideal candidates are compassionate, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable with technology. Minimum qualifications include MD/DO with certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine, and clinical experience in outpatient primary care. Preferred experience includes high patient volume practice and chronic condition management.
