Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Liaison to join our team, with a focus on wound care and clinical operations. This role is essential in bridging the gap between healthcare providers and our organization, ensuring patients receive timely, high-quality wound care services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a background in sales, customer service, healthcare outreach, or clinical operations. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our services, supporting referral relationships, and helping improve patient access and care coordination. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to promote our wound care services. Conduct educational presentations to showcase the benefits of timely wound care treatment and available clinical services. Collaborate with clinical, scheduling, intake, authorization, and billing teams to support efficient referral and patient access workflows. Provide exceptional customer service to referring physicians by keeping them informed of referral status, treatment plans, and patient progress, while promptly addressing questions or concerns. Assist in identifying referral, scheduling, documentation, or authorization barriers that may delay patient care. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, outreach tracking, and educational presentations. Stay informed about wound care industry trends, referral source needs, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare outreach, clinical coordination, or customer service is preferred. Wound care knowledge or experience in healthcare operations, home health, skilled nursing, discharge planning, podiatry, vascular care, or diabetes care is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clinical services and referral processes clearly. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and support team collaboration. Ability to conduct engaging educational presentations that highlight service benefits.
