We are a fast-growing dental practice focused on sleep apnea and Invisalign , and we're hiring a Monday and Tuesday Treatment Coordinator to help patients move forward with care. This is not a front desk job — this is a high-performance, patient-facing role for someone who is confident, personable, and motivated by results. What You'll Do Conduct initial patient consultations (build rapport, educate, guide) Explain sleep apnea and treatment options Present treatment fees and financing options (Sunbit, CareCredit) Help patients confidently say YES to treatment Coordinate sleep testing and appliance delivery Follow up with patients as needed Help maintain a full Monday and Tuesday schedule by actively following up with unscheduled and past patients to convert them into booked appointments Who This Role Is Perfect For Experienced treatment coordinators Medical or dental sales professionals Med spa / aesthetics consultants Anyone comfortable discussing high-value treatment and financing What We're Looking For Strong communication and confidence with patients Comfortable discussing money and guiding decisions Sales or case acceptance experience preferred Positive, energetic, and goal-driven Ability to work independently on
