We are seeking a female/male HHA Home Health Aide/PCA Personal Care Assistant to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home.

Responsibilities:

Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities Monitor and report changes in patient health status Assist patient with Bathing Assist in and out of bed Mouth and denture care. Assist patient to and in bathroom. Assist patient with ambulation. Assist with dressing and undressing Housekeeping and meal preparation.

Qualifications:

Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields Positive and patient demeanor Ability to build rapport with patients Ability to handle physical workload Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay:
