Required Qualifications High School Diploma 3 years minimum of current experience in community care or hospital settings is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in patient transport and manual handling techniques. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR is required. Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital safety protocols. Strong understanding of infection control procedures and isolation precautions . Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse populations.
