Now hiring...Radiology Aide, to provide patient transport to within Hosptial - Radiology Department Full-time / Benefit Eligible / Munster location Under the general direction of the Director of Imaging Services and/or Supervisor and in accordance with established policy and procedures the aide performs multiple jobs in the department. This includes transportation of patients, assisting others with patients, making copies of films, answering the phone in a courteous and professional tone and forwarding messages to the appropriate personnel. Maintains a high level of initiative, dependability, and motivation. Communicates effectively and exhibits sound judgment in patient safety and treats all individuals with professionalism and respect.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior direct patient contact preferred. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for patients/families of all ages.
