No Department Details We are seeking a reliable and attentive Patient Observer to provide continuous monitoring and support for patients requiring close supervision. This role is critical in maintaining patient safety, preventing falls or self-harm, and ensuring a secure and supportive environment. Why Join Us? Works under the direction of clinical staff. Job Description Provides continuous supervision for patients who are at risk for falls, pulling at lines, are mildly confused or impulsive. Communicates patient care needs to nursing staff. Qualifications High school graduation or General Education Diploma (GED) required. Knowledge of the health care environment is preferred.
