This is an opportunity to help shape the culture, community, and experience of the area's premier Lagree fitness studio from day one. Position Founding Lagree Instructor Part-Time (with opportunity for Full-Time growth) About Luxe Lagree Luxe Lagree is more than a workout—it's a luxury fitness experience. Our studio is designed to empower clients through the Lagree Method while creating an upscale, welcoming environment where every member feels strong, confident, and supported. Responsibilities Lead safe, energetic, and motivating Lagree classes Deliver exceptional coaching and hands-on form correction Create an encouraging, welcoming environment for clients of all fitness levels Build lasting relationships with members Maintain a clean, organized luxury studio Participate in community events and studio promotions Help create an incredible founding studio culture Qualifications We're looking for individuals who are: Positive and energetic Reliable and professional Passionate about helping others succeed Excellent communicators Coachable and eager to learn Comfortable leading groups Team players with a strong work ethic Preferred Experience Lagree Certified (preferred) Pilates Group Fitness Personal Training Barre Yoga Dance/Cheerleading Exercise Science Physical Therapy background Not Lagree Certified?
