$800 Base Salary (Every Two Weeks) + Unlimited Commission $5,000 bonus for each lead closed

Responsibilities:

Engage with property owners through warm, strategic phone outreach. Identify and qualify potential sellers interested in exploring selling options. Build trust, nurture relationships, and maintain follow-up with prospects. Record all interactions and progress in the CRM system. Set appointments for the acquisitions team to pursue deals.

Requirements:

Sales experience Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, resilient, and goal-oriented in a sales environment. Organized, with experience using CRM tools. Must work on-site at our office location.
