Primary duties include assessing and monitoring vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate (HR), and oxygen saturation, to ensure safe participation in exercise programs. Furthermore, instructors design individualized exercise programs that are appropriate to members' goals and fitness levels while also consistently tracking and evaluating progress. They provide hands-on guidance with exercise equipment, ensuring proper technique, safety, and effectiveness during workouts. In addition to fitness-related responsibilities, instructors perform essential administrative tasks, including member registration, and general front-desk support. Finally, they contribute to a professional and welcoming environment that enhances the overall member experience.
