Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: Lesson plan and lead adult or kids aerial fitness classes

• Provide guidance and support to clients during their fitness journey
• Demonstrate proper exercise and skill techniques and ensure clients' safety
• Obtain/Maintain personal fitness instructor insurance, Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their training
• Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
• Maintain a clean and organized training environment.

Sales :

Ability to promote and sell membership packages and brand merchandise to potential clients. Program design : Able and willing to create customized workout programs based on individual needs and goals.

Personal training:

Comfortable with one-on-one coaching and instruction Anatomy knowledge : Understanding of the human body's structure and function. Group fitness : Able/willing to lead group aerial fitness exercise classes and provide modifications for different fitness and experience levels. Body mechanics : Understanding of proper body alignment and movement patterns during exercise.

Certifications:

An Aerial Certification is required to instruct at our studio. If you do not already have an aerial certification, our location is offering teacher training this November
