Our coaches are expected to deliver results, create great programs, build relationships, sell Personal Training, and grow their own business inside the club.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Train & Deliver Results:

Build customized programs and provide an exceptional training experience.

Build Your Client Base:

Engage members, conduct fitness assessments, make calls, follow up, and generate new PT clients.

Sell Personal Training:

Identify member needs, recommend solutions, and close new business.

Retain & Grow Clients:

Deliver results, maintain strong relationships, and create long-term clients. Bring the

WHO WE WANT

Current Personal Training Certification required (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA or other recognized certification) Strong programming and exercise knowledge Sales experience or ability to confidently sell your services High-energy personality is a must Competitive, coachable, accountable, and results-driven Comfortable prospecting and building your own book of business Motivated by performance, growth, and earning potential
