Job Description

About Us:

Desert Bloom Pilates & Boutiques is a plant-themed, boutique-style Pilates studio rooted in community and growth. Alongside our full-service Pilates studio, we feature an in-house plant and small business retail shop. We offer a variety of Pilates classes to inspire movement and mindfulness for every body.

Position:

Certified Pilates Instructor (Part-Time , Full -Time or Flexible Schedule)

Location:

1350 S Gilbert Rd. Ste C1 Mesa, AZ 85204

Pay:

Per class rate (not per head), based on years of teaching experience and certifications. Paid bi-weekly. This is a 1099 contractor position.

What You'll Do:

Teach safe, engaging, and empowering Pilates classes in one or more formats: reformer, mat, tower, chair, BOSU Guide clients of all fitness levels with professionalism and care Support a warm, inclusive, plant-inspired studio environment Collaborate with a team that values growth, community, and creativity

Requirements:

Current Pilates certification (Reformer required, others a plus) Minimum of 1 year teaching experience preferred but not required Passion for movement, inclusivity, and community wellness Must be 18 or older
