• Warehouse Associates (Outbound)

• ? What You'll Do (Outbound)
• + Pick and pack customer orders for shipment + Prepare, label, and stage outbound freight + Handle products at heights and perform heavy lifting + Work efficiently in a high‑volume, accuracy‑driven environment + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals + Maintain a clean, safe workspace in accordance with company standards
• ✔️ What You Need
• + •1+ year of warehouse experience•(inbound or outbound) + Experience with •RF scanners, order picking, packing and shipping•+ Ability to lift heavy items and stand/walk for •10-hour shifts•+ Comfortable working at heights (required for outbound roles) + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + •Steel or composite‑toe shoes•+ Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed •?
