We're looking for someone creative, organized, and excited to help members feel at home from their first visit onward. You'll coach group fitness classes, build relationships with members, meet with prospective members, explain membership options, and help new members get started. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys taking initiative and wants to grow into a leadership role. What you'll do Lead engaging strength, and HIIT classes with clear instruction and great energy. Coach proper form and offer modifications so people at different fitness levels feel supported and challenged. Learn members' names, celebrate their progress, and help create a welcoming community. Meet with prospective members, learn about their goals, and walk them through our classes and membership options. Help new members get comfortable with the studio, understand what to expect, and get started with confidence. Follow up with prospects and new members, answer questions, and help them choose the right membership. Bring creative ideas to classes and member experiences while helping keep daily operations organized. Take ownership of assigned morning and evening shifts and help lead by example. What we're looking for Experience coaching group fitness classes and a strong understanding of exercise form and safety. An outgoing, motivating personality with strong people skills. Confidence having sales conversations in a friendly, helpful way. Creativity, attention to detail, and the drive to take on more responsibility. Dependability and availability for some morning and evening shifts. A passion for helping people reach their goals and feel like they belong.
