  • Lead engaging EMS workouts for 1-12 members.
  • Build relationships and celebrate member progress.
  • Learn every member's name and create an experience they genuinely look forward to each week.
  • Provide modifications for all fitness levels.
  • Deliver a premium boutique fitness experience.
  • Prepare suits and equipment before classes.
  • Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming. Who We're Looking For
  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NSCA or equivalent)
  • CPR/AED Certified
  • Minimum one year of coaching experience
  • Positive, energetic communicator
  • Reliable team player passionate about changing lives Compensation & Growth Per 45-
Minute Session:
  • $25 per session
  • 1-48% class capacity
  • $30 per session
  • 49-74% class capacity
  • $35 per session
  • 75-100% class capacity Top-performing coaches have opportunities to grow into leadership roles as OHM fitness continues to expand.
